Fast growing sunspot region 2445

A new sunspot region just east of sunspot region 2442 has been growing rapidly during the past few hours. It received sunspot number 2445 by the NOAA SWPC.
A quick analysis shows that it already developed a Beta-Gamma-Delta magnetic layout. Two small delta sunspots developed very rapidly in its intermediate layout. If it continues to grow as rapidly as it did in the past few hours, this sunspot region will also become a serious candidate to produce M-class solar flares.
Sunspot region 2443
Sunspot region 2443 hasn't been very active apart from a few C-class events but also 2443 remains capable of producing M-class events. The NOAA SWPC stripped it of it's delta classification but we do see at least one delta sunspot here as well but there has been some spot separation as it continued to expand lengthwise.
