AN INTENSE WARMING EXISTS OVER EAST ASIA,LEADING TO A TEMPERATURE
INCREASE OF MORE THAN 35 DEGREES CELSIUS DURING A WEEK NORTH OF THE
SEA OF OKHOTSK AT 10HPA. WARM AIR SPREADING NORTHEASTWARD. AT THE
SAME TIME THERE IS A STRONG AND COLD VORTEX OVER THE
EUROPEAN/WESTSIBERIAN ARCTIC.
