ACTIVE TO MINOR STORM LEVELS FOR 02/2100-02/0600Z. AFTERWARD, THE
FIELD WAS QUIET TO UNSETTLED. SOLAR WIND VELOCITY WAS IN EXCESS OF
500 KM/S AND DENSITY WAS IN THE 3-4 P/CC RANGE.
