Geophysical report
Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

The geomagnetic field was mostly
quiet to unsettled with an isolated active period between 08/1200 -
1500Z.
D. Stratwarm
STRATWARM ALERT / SATURDAY / STRATWARM EXISTS.
IN THE MIDDLE AND UPPER STRATOSPHERE, STILL DISTURBED TEMPERATURE
DISTRIBUTION WITH A DECAYING WARM REGION OVER NORTHERN SIBERIA.
THIS STILL LEADS TO A REVERSED TEMPERATURE GRADIENT BETWEEN 60N AND
THE POLE FROM 3 TO 1 HPA.
