Bulletin

Solar activity remains to be very low with no C-class and even B-class flares reported during last 24 hours. The only sunspot group observed on the visible side of the solar disc, NOAA AR 2728, has strongly decayed and it will probably not be the source of flaring activity in the coming hours. The coronagraph images do not show any signatures of the possibly Earth- directed CME. The solar proton flux remained to be at the background level.

The Earth is presently inside the slow solar wind with the speed of about 320 km, and the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is about 5 nT. The geomagnetic conditions are quiet and we expect them to remain so in the coming hours.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 000, based on 05 stations.
