SOHO/EIT OBSERVED AN EARTH-DIRECTED CME IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE M-CLASS FLARE FROM REGION 8026 AT 01/1400Z. SOHO/LASCO DETECTED A FAINT BUT SIGNIFICANT SIGNATURE OF A CME CENTERED ABOUT THE SOLAR DISK.
