Bulletin

The Sun did not produce any C flares in the past 24 hours. Quiet conditions (no C flares) are expected within the next 24 hours. The Earth is currently within a slow solar wind region regime. Solar wind speed varied between 250 and 270 km/s in the past 24 hours, while the magnitude of the Interplanetary Magnetic Field ranged between 1 and 6 nT. Over the past 24 hours, geomagnetic conditions have been quiet to unsettled (K Dourbes between 0 and 3; NOAA Kp between 0 and 1). The expected arrival of a coronal hole high speed stream may cause active (K Dourbes = 4) geomagnetic levels on November 26 and 27. Quiet conditions are expected on November 28.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 065, based on 16 stations.
