Bulletin

No active regions visible on the disk. Solar activity has been very low, no flares in the past 24 h. The situation is not expected to change in the next 48 h.

No Earth directed CMEs in past 24 h. Solar protons have remained at background levels over the past 24 hours.

The solar wind speed is at 420 km/s with interplanetary magnetic field magnitude of 4 nT. Geomagnetic conditions have been quiet to unsettled. The fast solar wind stream associated with a negative polarity coronal hole has not arrived yet, it could do so today, although it may have missed the Earth. Unsettled conditions can be expected (up to active if the fast solar wind arrives).

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 000, based on 18 stations.
